I am a Ph.D. candidate in Biochemistry with a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. My area of expertise lies at the intersection of biology, chemistry, and programming, with a focus on utilizing machine learning and AI in the field of biology. I am currently involved in projects related to the cytotoxicity of metal and metal oxide-based nanomaterials on biological systems. Specifically, I am developing genetic algorithms paired with machine learning models to evaluate the selective cytotoxicity of nanomaterials in cancer and bacterial cell lines. Additionally, I am evaluating the synergistic activity of drug and nanoparticle conjugates using machine learning and AI to overcome infection caused by drug-resistant bacteria. I am known for my strong analytical skills, hardworking and enthusiastic approach to research and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others to make better world.
