Georgii Illarionov received his bachelor's degree with honors at the Kuban State University with a degree in electronics and nanoelectronics at the department of radio physics and nanotechnology. The bachelor's graduation qualification thesis was devoted to the doping of ZnO nanoparticles with transition metal ions.

Georgii entered the master's program at ITMO University in 2018. Currently he works on the project dedicated to the development of biocompatible memristor devices using inkjet technology.
