Infochemistry of self-organizing systems

Interdisciplinary view on the problems from various directions — chemistry, mathematics and biology – helps to solve complex issues and guide science development for next generation. Here, in the ITMO University, one of the best IT-University in the World, interdisciplinary view to the problem of information technology results in the new group of «Infochemistry». Infochemistry – is an experimental area of chemistry which deals with information storage and processing on a molecular level. In our group, we are working on different projects from the synthetic cell and biofilm programming to smart dynamic materials and system for personal diagnostics, study, and modeling of nonlinear chemical processes.
